Mexican cream soup with sweetcorn, crispy onions and a pinch of chilli
Fancy something other than the classic tomato soup but have no time to cook? Street Soup Mexican Cream Soup is ready in around 60 seconds and brings a Tex-Mex feeling to your lunch break: creamy with freeze-dried sweetcorn and coconut cream, savoury with crispy fried onions and black pepper. A few chilli flakes add a gentle warmth without making the soup spicy.
The base is pea purée and corn flour. This makes the soup lovely and creamy and gives you 6.8 g of plant protein per serving. It is a source of protein and 100% vegan, with no dairy cream at all.

Each pot contains 50 g of soup powder and makes about 300 ml of soup. Pour in hot water up to the line, stir with the wooden stick provided, done. The pot doubles as your bowl, ideal for the office, uni, the night shift or on the go.
When does the Mexican cream soup fit in?
As a quick lunch at your desk, a warm meal after training, a snack on the night shift or a light dinner after a long day. With around 150 kcal per serving, it is a light warm meal.
Our tip: Add a few jalapeño rings, fresh coriander or a squeeze of lime. If you like it fierier, season with a little chilli or chipotle.

Nachdem ich mit Probepäckchen gestartet hatte, bin ich inzwischen vollauf begeistert vom Geschmack, der einfachen Zubereitung, den Inhaltsstoffen und den Nährwerten. Vor allem im Nachdienst die perfekte Lösung.
Die Vorratspackungen sind wiederverschließbar für einfaches portionsweises Entnehmen. Die große Auswahl an Geschmacksrichtungen sorgen für Abwechslung.
Meine persönlichen Favoriten sind Tomate, Linse und Pilz. Aber es ist tatsächlich keine Sorte dabei, die mir nicht schmeckt.

Classic Mexican corn soup is often made with cream. Our Mexican Cream Soup is based on pea purée and corn flour, with freeze-dried sweetcorn and a little coconut cream. This makes the soup creamy and provides natural plant protein. It is 100% vegan and contains no dairy cream and no preservatives.

How do I prepare the Mexican cream soup?
Pour hot water into the pot up to the line, stir with the wooden stick provided and leave the soup to stand briefly. If it is too thick for you, add a little more hot water and stir again. After about 60 seconds, your Mexican cream soup is ready.
Is the Mexican cream soup spicy?
Only very slightly. A few chilli flakes and black pepper add a mild warmth, while sweetcorn, crispy onions and coconut cream take centre stage. If you like it fierier, add jalapeños or a little chilli.
How much protein is in the Mexican cream soup?
