What are street soups?
Street Soups are instant soups made from pulses—yellow peas, lentils, and chickpeas—and boast a high content of easily digestible plant-based protein, which can reach up to 24%. They are gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and made from 100% natural ingredients. With only 150 kcal per cup, they provide you with valuable nutrients and also delight with a natural and unique taste, without artificial flavors or preservatives. Simply add hot water, stir well, and your meal is ready!
Where are street soups produced?
The Street Soups are lovingly produced in Ukraine and imported into the EU. As a certified food manufacturer, the factory is subject to strict regulations and controls. Product quality is checked multiple times throughout the entire processing process to ensure only impeccable quality goes into every cup. How do I dispose of the packaging of Street Soup / Insta Food products?
At Street Soup, we care not only about taste but also about the environment. Our packaging is designed to be easy to dispose of and not pollute the environment:
- The paper cup belongs in the paper bin. The same applies to the wooden stirrer, which you can dispose of along with the cup in the paper recycling .
- Dispose of the plastic lid Please put it in the plastic waste .
For particularly hygienic disposal, we recommend briefly rinsing the cup before throwing it away . By carefully separating your waste, you are actively contributing to environmental protection and ensuring that resources are used sparingly.

What exactly are the ingredients of Street Soups?

Are Street Soups vegetarian/vegan?
Our soups are vegan and therefore also vegetarian.
Do street soups contain gluten?
Our soups do not contain gluten.
How many calories do street soups have?
Each cup of Street Soups contains only around 150 calories and is still very filling thanks to its 20% protein content.
FAQ - Ordering and Payment at Street Soup
How can I place my order?
The easiest way to order is directly through our online shop or by email to hello@streetsoup.shop. If you experience issues ordering on different devices and operating systems, we recommend using a different browser, clearing your cache, and checking any installed browser extensions and settings.
Which payment methods are possible?
You can pay with PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Maesto, American Express), Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (instant bank transfer and purchase on account).
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process all orders very quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible via email at hello@streetsoup.shop and be sure to provide us with your order number and/or invoice number. It may still be possible to cancel/change your order before it is shipped to you.
I haven't received an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

When and how do I receive my invoice?
You will always receive your invoice via email, available for download in the order confirmation. If you don't find the order confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you have any questions about your invoice, please contact us by email at hello@streetsoup.shop and be sure to include your order number and/or invoice number.
Can I change my billing address?
In most cases, we are able to adjust the billing address. Please contact us via email at hello@streetsoup.shop and be sure to include your order number and/or invoice number. This is the only way we can correctly assign your request.
FAQ - Delivery at Street Soup
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Europe.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within Germany are €6.90 (DHL Standard) and €9.90 (UPS Express). Shipping to Austria is €9.90 (Post AT), and to all other European countries is €16.90 (DHL, Post AT, or UPS). Free shipping within Germany and Austria is available for orders over €59.
How long does shipping take?
In Germany, packages are handed over to the parcel service provider within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3 business days (for standard shipping) or 1-2 business days (for express shipping). Packages can take 3-7 business days to arrive in Austria and other European countries.
Do you also deliver to packing stations?
Yes, we also offer shipping to Packstations. During checkout, simply enter the Packstation and its number in the address field, as well as your postal code in the additional address field. Please note that shipping is only possible to DHL Packstations or branches.
Which shipping service do you use?
We ship with DHL Standard, UPS and UPS Express, Post AT, FedEx and DPD.
Where can I see the shipping status of my order?
Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking code or link. This allows you to track the shipping status of your order.
I entered the wrong delivery address on my order. Can I change it?
If you made a mistake entering your address, please email us as soon as possible at hello@streetsoup.shop. We process orders quickly, but we may be able to make changes in time before the package is shipped to the incorrect address.
FAQ - Returns and Complaints at Street Soup
Can I return my order?
We always try to do our best! But we're only human, too. If your package is damaged, arrives late, or you're dissatisfied with the delivery/order for any other reason, please contact us, and we'll surely find a solution quickly. Simply send us an email to: hello@streetsoup.shop
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your entire order or part of it. Please note that opened packaging units/sets* cannot be returned. Our products are food products. Therefore, for hygiene and legal reasons, returns are not permitted. Perhaps your friends or relatives would appreciate a free sample. ;-)
*Possible packaging units/sets: set of 6, set of 8, 3-day course, 5-day course, bulk pack.

Can I return open packs/sets?
Unfortunately, opened or used products and sets cannot be returned. Our products are food products. Therefore, for hygiene and legal reasons, we are not permitted to take them back. Perhaps your friends or relatives would appreciate a free sample. ;-)

We're very sorry that you no longer wish to subscribe to our newsletter. Scroll to the bottom of any newsletter email. There you'll find the "Adjust settings" or "Unsubscribe" link, where you can unsubscribe from our newsletter.

How can I register?

What are the benefits of a customer account?
