Creamy chickpea soup with cumin, paprika and a pinch of chilli
Fancy a spiced soup with a Middle Eastern touch but have no time to cook? Street Soup Creamy Chickpea Soup is ready in around 60 seconds and still leaves you wanting more: aromatic cumin and paprika, rounded off with tomato, onions, garlic and parsley. Chilli flakes and black pepper add a subtle heat.
What makes it special is the base. Our creamy chickpea soup is 93.5% chickpea purée. This makes it lovely and velvety and gives you 11 g of plant protein per serving. More than a quarter of the energy comes from protein, so the soup is high in protein and 100% vegan.

When does the creamy chickpea soup fit in?
As a quick lunch at your desk, a warm meal after training, a snack on the night shift or a light dinner after a long day. With around 150 kcal per serving, it also fits nicely into a soup cure.
Our tip: Add a squeeze of lemon, fresh coriander or a few roasted chickpeas. If you like it even more aromatic, sprinkle over a little sumac or extra cumin.

Nachdem ich mit Probepäckchen gestartet hatte, bin ich inzwischen vollauf begeistert vom Geschmack, der einfachen Zubereitung, den Inhaltsstoffen und den Nährwerten. Vor allem im Nachdienst die perfekte Lösung.
Die Vorratspackungen sind wiederverschließbar für einfaches portionsweises Entnehmen. Die große Auswahl an Geschmacksrichtungen sorgen für Abwechslung.
