If you want to learn more about the ingredients, you will find all the details on the product detail page and on the packaging of your street soup.

We process all orders very quickly. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at hello@streetsoup.shop and be sure to tell us your order number and/or invoice number. It may still be possible to cancel your order before it is sent to you.

In Germany, the packages will be handed over to the parcel service provider within 1-2 working days and then arrive within 3 working days (with standard shipping) or 1-2 working days (during express delivery). The packages of 3-7 working days can be traveled to Austria and Switzerland.

In principle, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your entire order or part of it. Please note that Opened packaging units/sets* cannot be returned. Our products are foodstuffs. For this reason, it is not permitted to take them back for hygienic and legal reasons. Maybe your friends or relatives would be happy to receive a free sample. ;-)

*Possible packaging units/sets: Set of 6, set of 8, 3-day treatment, 5-day treatment, supply pack.
