We offer standard and express shipping throughout Germany. For the rest of Europe, we only offer standard shipping.

Shipping to Germany
Your parcel is handed to the courier (DHL Standard or UPS Express) within 1 to 2 working days and then arrives with you within 3 working days.
Shipping cost - DHL Standard: €6.90
Shipping cost - UPS Express: €9.90

Shipping to Austria
Your parcel is handed to the courier (Post AT) within 1 to 2 working days and then arrives with you within 3 to 7 working days.
Shipping cost - Standard International: €9.90

Shipping to the Rest of Europe
Your parcel is handed to the courier (DHL, Post AT or UPS) within 1 to 2 working days and then arrives with you within 3 to 7 working days.
Shipping cost - Standard International: €16.90

RETURNS
We always try our best! But we're only human too. If your parcel arrives damaged, late, or if you're unhappy with your delivery/order for any other reason, please get in touch and we'll find a solution quickly. Just email us at: hello@streetsoup.shop

You have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your whole order, or part of it. Please note that opened packaging units/sets cannot be returned. Our products are food items, so for hygiene and legal reasons, we're not permitted to accept these back. Perhaps your friends or family would enjoy a free taste instead. ;-)

Please make a note of the tracking number or keep your shipping receipt. Once your return has arrived with us, we'll process it as quickly as possible and issue your refund. Please note that this process can take up to 3 weeks.
