DELIVERY
We send through standard and express shipping throughout Germany. In remaining Europe we only offer standard shipping.

Shipping Germany
The package will be transferred to the parcel service provider (DHL Standard or UPS Express) within 1-2 working days and then arrives within 3 working days.
Shipping costs - DHL standard: € 6.90
Shipping costs - UPS Express: € 9.90

Shipping Austria
The package will be handed over to the parcel service provider (Post AT) within 1-2 working days and then arrives within 3-7 working days.
Shipping costs - Standard International: € 9.90

Shipping remnant Europe
The package will be handed over to the parcel service provider (DHL or Post AT or UPS) within 1-2 working days and then arrives at you within 3-7 working days.
Shipping costs - Standard International: € 16.90

Return
We always try to give the best possible! But we are only people. If your package has damage, arrive late or if you are dissatisfied with the delivery/order for any other reason, please contact us, then we will surely find a solution quickly. Just write us an email to: hello@streetsoup.shop

Basically, from the day of delivery you have 14 days to return your complete order or part of it. Please note that Open packaging units/sets* cannot be returned. Our products are a food. For this reason, for hygienic and legal reasons, it is not permitted to take them back. Maybe your friends or relatives are happy about a free sample. ;-)

*Possible packaging units/sets: 6 Set, 8-day set, 3-day cure, 5-day cure, storage pack.
