Creamy spinach soup with nutmeg, thyme and a hint of coconut
Fancy a creamy spinach soup but have no time to wash spinach and make a soup from scratch? Street Soup Creamy Spinach Soup is ready in around 60 seconds and still leaves you wanting more: savoury spinach, rounded off with nutmeg, thyme, onions and garlic. A little coconut cream makes it especially creamy and slightly nutty, without any dairy cream.
What makes it special is the base. Our creamy spinach soup is made with pea purée. This makes it lovely and creamy and gives you 11 g of plant protein per serving. More than a quarter of the energy comes from protein, so the soup is high in protein and 100% vegan.

When does the creamy spinach soup fit in?
As a quick lunch at your desk, a warm meal after training, a snack on the night shift or a light dinner after a long day. With around 160 kcal per serving, it also fits nicely into a soup cure.
Our tip: Add a few toasted pine nuts, a spoonful of oat yoghurt or fresh cress. If you like it spicier, grate a little extra nutmeg over the top.

Nachdem ich mit Probepäckchen gestartet hatte, bin ich inzwischen vollauf begeistert vom Geschmack, der einfachen Zubereitung, den Inhaltsstoffen und den Nährwerten. Vor allem im Nachdienst die perfekte Lösung.
Die Vorratspackungen sind wiederverschließbar für einfaches portionsweises Entnehmen. Die große Auswahl an Geschmacksrichtungen sorgen für Abwechslung.

Can you taste the coconut?
