Fancy a creamy mushroom soup but have no time to clean mushrooms and make a roux? Street Soup Creamy Mushroom Soup is ready in around 60 seconds and still leaves you wanting more: earthy mushrooms, rounded off with garlic, onions and parsley. It is mild and savoury and contains no cream at all.
What makes it special is the base. Our creamy mushroom soup is 85% pea purée. This makes it lovely and creamy and gives you 10.5 g of plant protein per serving. More than a quarter of the energy comes from protein, so the soup is high in protein and 100% vegan.

When does the creamy mushroom soup fit in?
As a quick lunch at your desk, a warm meal after training, a snack on the night shift or a light dinner after a long day. With around 150 kcal per serving, it also fits nicely into a soup cure.
Our tip: Add a few fried mushrooms, fresh parsley or toasted bread cubes. If you like it bolder, season with a little black pepper or thyme.

Nachdem ich mit Probepäckchen gestartet hatte, bin ich inzwischen vollauf begeistert vom Geschmack, der einfachen Zubereitung, den Inhaltsstoffen und den Nährwerten. Vor allem im Nachdienst die perfekte Lösung.
Die Vorratspackungen sind wiederverschließbar für einfaches portionsweises Entnehmen. Die große Auswahl an Geschmacksrichtungen sorgen für Abwechslung.
