Sie nimmt dir eine ganze Woche lang die Essensplanung für Mittag und Abendessen ab und versorgt dich mit 16 vollwertigen Mahlzeiten, die einfach guttun.
Die Essensbox enthält Mittag- und Abendessen für 7 Tage, plus 2 Extra-Mahlzeiten für den großen Hunger. Insgesamt stecken in deiner Box 12 verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen:

Unsere Gerichte basieren auf einer Komposition aus Hülsenfrüchten, Soja und schonend getrockneter Maispasta. Ich hab mir die Produkte von Street Soup gekauft, um ein paar lästige Pfunde loszuwerden. Ob das gelingt, kann ich am Tag 2 noch nicht sagen. Aber vom Geschmack bin ich auf jeden Fall positiv überrascht.
Jede Suppe schmeckt klasse . Sie sättigen und sind geschmacklich absolut top ! Ich würde sie jedem weiter empfehlen. Was das Endergebnis ergibt werde ich noch sehen.
Seit 5 Wochen esse ich nun jeden Vormittag mein Porridge und Mittags eine Suppe und am Abend eine Mahlzeit meiner Wahl. Abnahme 4,6 Kilo ohne zu hungern. Ich bin 59 Jahre alt und es ist nicht mehr so leicht Gewicht zu verlieren. Aber siehe da es funktioniert.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe tatsächlich keinen Hunger. Nur die Linsensuppe kann ich nicht essen. Da geht es mir wie vielen anderen auch, ich mag keinen Koriander.
Die Suppen schmecken sehr gut. Ich rühre immer noch 2-3 Teelöffel Frischkäse rein, weil ich sonst das Gefühl habe, dass meine Zähne etwas aufeinander kleben... aber die Suppen finde ich lecker und wenn ich eine Mahlzeit pro Tag damit ersetze, verschwinden die Kilos nach und nach.

How do I prepare the instant meals?
