Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods, provided you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or item, provided you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first item of goods, provided goods are delivered regularly over a specified period as part of an order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alexo GbR, Eversbuschstr. 171, 80999 Munich, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 1577 1818140, Email: hello@streetsoup.shop) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Grounds for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages the price of which was agreed at the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods;
- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
