Sehr lecker, raffiniert gewürzt mit rein natürlichen Zutaten, schön sämig.
Ich salze sie etwas nach, aber das ist ja ok. In den Bechern schön praktisch zum Mitnehmen, werde mir meine Lieblingssorten (Spinat ist mein absoluter Favorit!) aber dann noch im Nachfüllpack bestellen, für zu Hause braucht es ja keine Einzelverpackung.
Da ich es gerade nicht gut hinkriege, komplett zu fasten, helfen sie mir sehr gut dabei, zumindest nah dran zu kommen...:-) Etwas Warmes, Herzhaftes tut zwischendurch, also Mittags und Abends, sehr gut! Manchmal reicht mir eine, manchmal mache ich auch zwei, aber im Prinzip sind sie gut sättigend.
Das Pulver löst sich übrigens sehr gut auf und die fertige Suppe hat dann wirklich eine sehr angenehme Konsistenz.
Die Suppen schmecken gut, helfen super beim abnehmen, da sie lange satt halten und sind schnell zubereitet. Einfach spitze.
