We process all orders very quickly. Please get in touch with us by email as soon as possible at hello@streetsoup.shop and be sure to let us know your order number and/or invoice number. It may still be possible to cancel your order before it is shipped to you.

Within Germany, parcels are handed over to the courier within 1-2 working days and then reach you within 3 working days (standard shipping) or 1-2 working days (express shipping). To Austria and Switzerland, parcels can take 3-7 working days.

As a general rule, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your entire order or part of it. Please note that opened packaging units/sets* cannot be returned. Our products are foodstuffs, so for hygiene and legal reasons we are not permitted to take them back. Perhaps a friend or family member would enjoy a free taste. ;-)

*Possible packaging units/sets: 6-pack set, 8-pack set, 3-day cure, 5-day cure, stock-up pack.

Please make a note of your tracking number or keep your proof of postage. As soon as we receive your return, we will process it and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Please note that this process can take up to 3 weeks.

Unfortunately, opened or used products and sets cannot be returned.
