How do I prepare the ready meals?
All products in the diet box are ready in a flash:
- Cream soups: Add hot water up to the mark, stir for 60 seconds, enjoy.
- Instant pasta & noodle soups: Pour hot water into the mug up to the mark, stir well, cover again and wait 8 minutes. Then stir again and enjoy!
- Porridges: Add hot water or milk, let it steep for 3 minutes, done.
- Raw bars: Unpack and enjoy immediately.
And best of all: All dishes have a long shelf life and do not need to be refrigerated, unlike many other soup or juice cleanses.
