DELIVERY
We ship via standard and express shipping throughout Germany. For the rest of Europe, we only offer standard shipping.

Shipping Germany
The package will be handed over to the parcel service provider (DHL Standard or UPS Express) within 1-2 working days and will then arrive at your address within 3 working days.
Shipping costs - DHL Standard: 6.90€
Shipping costs - UPS Express: 9.90€

Shipping Austria
The package will be handed over to the parcel service provider (Post AT) within 1-2 working days and will then arrive at your address within 3-7 working days.
Shipping costs - Standard International: 9.90€

Shipping to the rest of Europe
The package will be handed over to the parcel service provider (DHL or Post AT or UPS) within 1-2 working days and will then arrive at your address within 3-7 working days.
Shipping costs - Standard International: 16,90€

RETURN
We always try to do our best! But we're only human, too. If your package is damaged, arrives late, or you're dissatisfied with the delivery/order for any other reason, please contact us, and we'll surely find a solution quickly. Simply send us an email to: hello@streetsoup.shop

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your entire order or part of it. Please note that opened packaging units/sets* cannot be returned . Our products are food products. Therefore, for hygiene and legal reasons, returns are not permitted. Perhaps your friends or relatives would appreciate a free sample. ;-)

*Possible packaging units/sets: set of 6, set of 8, 3-day course, 5-day course, bulk pack.
